Reduced the initial scoped damage for Sniper Rifles from 150 to 125 (only "quickscope" damage is affected, max charge damage remains unchanged)
Slightly slowed the charge rate for Sniper Rifles from 3.2s to 3.5s
All Sniper Rifles now fire team-colored tracer rounds (The Machina now has a Robot Sniper-style line-of-sight laser while scoped)
Slightly increased the SMGs base damage, from 8 to 9
The Cleaner's Carbine is now 10% more accurate
Reverted the Darwin's Danger Shield to it's pre-Jungle Inferno stats, albeit keeping the current afterburn immunity instead of the original max health bonus
Reduced the Tribalman's Shiv damage penalty from -50% to -35%
Doubled the Shahanshah's damage bonus/penalty (from +/- 25% to +/- 50%)
